When a person recieves a 10% raise and is paid 100% from the award, is this o.k. to charge. HR did a salary study and the result was to increase the salary.
There are funds remaining on the award, but the

I am not aware of any annual rate cap, however, there are agencies that have a daily rate cap.

Is there a cummulative annual limit a person can receive as a consultant? What if (s)he is also a paid investigator on other federal grants?  I had heard $10,000 at one of the regional meeting sessions but have not been able to find the policy.
